hiris is an AI-powered CV optimisation tool. It allows users to upload a CV, build a structured Master Profile through an AI interview, and generate tailored CVs for specific job postings. The Service is provided as-is for personal, professional use.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the CV data and content you provide.
You must not use the Service to process data belonging to others without their consent.
You must not misuse the Service in any way that causes harm to others or disrupts the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
Abuse or automate requests to the platform in ways that exceed normal usage.

5. Intellectual Property

Our platform: hiris owns all rights to the platform, its software, design, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated CV content is a tool to assist your job search — it is not guaranteed employment advice, and we make no representations about the suitability of generated CVs for any specific job application or outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hiris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of employment opportunities, or any other losses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms or are misusing the Service. You may also delete your account at any time from within the application.

9. Changes to Terms
